If you sit at a desk for a living we don’t have to tell you it can have an effect on your body. Whether it’s restless legs, irritated wrists or back pain, it’s not what our bodies were built for. If you’re involved in a sport that involves a lot of sitting (like cycling), you also need to think about your posture and taking care of your body both during the ride and when you’re not sitting.
