M. Ryan Tollefsrud

Ryan grew up in the Black Hills in South Dakota playing sports like soccer and basketball, as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking. Following graduation from the University of Minnesota’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2019, Ryan has worked in outpatient orthopedics. He has developed a passion for working in sports medicine, post surgical, and general orthopedic patients. His treatment philosophy is based on treating the whole person, encouraging independence through a balanced plan of care, and providing education on the benefits of movement in order to get patients back to what they love while improving their quality of life. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
