Evaluation will consist of a thorough physical exam of flexibility, strength, body alignment and movement patterns, followed by a treadmill video assessment.
Education of findings and guidance on movement patterns, strengthening, stretching. We will look at your current footwear and orthotics and make recommendations or simple changes if needed.
Goal is to get you moving pain free and develop a program to address your current dysfunction.

- M. Christy Barth, MS, PT, CSCS, has been practicing physical therapy in Boulder for over 30 years, working at Boulder Center for Sports Medicine & CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center with 25 years in the Running Gait lab. More recently she has transitioned to Physical Therapy of Boulder.
- Her 30 plus years of experience has created a passion for focusing on dynamic analysis for identification of faulty movement patterns that may contribute to the dysfunction or tissue breakdown rather than just treating the injury.
- Her continuing education has focused on Running Gait Analysis, Trigger Point Dry Needling (Lev 1, 2), assessment & correction of movement patterns, core strengthening, assessment for medical orthotic foot device, lower & upper quadrant manual therapy, ACL injury assessment, post-surgical care.
